4. Whipped Cream to taste

Long time, no see? Our sincerest apologies for this unavoidable period of inactivity. We hope all FoodiZzens are doing fine. We present to you the currently trending, #dalgonacoffee ( by our FoodiZzen @karan.b08 ) Creamy, frothy, visually appealing, and equally delicious, is this Korean coffee blend. Recipe: Add 2 tablespoons each of instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a medium mixing bowl. Using an electric blender/beater, whip the coffee mixture until it is light brown, fluffy and holds stiff peaks when the whisk is removed. Drop 5-7 ice cubes in a clear glass. Pour chilled milk, upto half level of the glass. Spoon dollops of the frothed coffee mixture on top and smooth out with a spoon. Optionally, garnish with choco chips and choco flakes. Enjoy this chilled beverage, try it at home and do show off your version to us by tagging us! 1. Add the coffee powder to the warm water and whip until froth appears.

2. Add sugar and whip some more.
