On the other hand, Ramji is on the lookout for a job. He does find one but realises that he cannot work there as they only employ people from upper caste. His friend convinces him to go ahead and take the job, but hide his caste from the employer. Ramji begins his duty as a daily wage laborer. But, all the while, he finds himself thinking about why such a situation has come his way. Finally finishing his day, Ramji goes ahead and receives his payment.
In the forest, the three brothers begin to pluck wild berries, when a few upper caste boys see them. These boys start to insult Bhim’s brother and tell them that these wild berries cannot be picked by them because of their caste. This puts Bhim in the question of what exactly is this caste and why does everything have to be related to it. He further asks his brothers if even animals have a caste, to which his brothers just laugh and continue picking the fruit.
Soon, the three brothers are found and caught by the gardener who insists that these berries are not wild and he intends to sell them. He goes to say that they will have to pay him for the berries. Ramji arrives over there and hands over his wages for the day in exchange for the berries. Bhim sees all of this and feels quite disheartened.
In the upcoming episode, we will see a studious Bhim trying to find some light in order to study as the oil for oil lanterns in his place has gotten over. What do you think will happen next? Let us know in the comments section below.
