Saumya Tandon - Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain

Anita bhabi, essayed by Saumya Tandon, runs grooming classes single-handedly on the &TV show Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain! She motivates her husband Vibhuti Narayan Mishra aka Aasif Sheikh and her neighbour Manmohan Tiwari aka Rohitashv Gour to stay healthy and look their best! Why would she deny you a boost as well when the Coronavirus outbreak has locked us in our homes? Actively practising yoga and meditation, along with other physical exercises, she shows us ways to enhance our immunity and put our energy into something productive for our own selves:

Saumya Tandon inspires a lot of her followers by bringing fitness to the world. Despite not being able to hit the gym, which she loves doing, she took to Instagram and shared a video in which she performs surya namaskar step by step with sunlight glowing on her face. Her body is calm and composed which motives people to attain the same! In the caption, she writes, “Badly missing pilates but yoga saves me. Yoga plus vitamin D in the morning. #stayhome #stayhomestaysafe.”

&TV also posted a video of Saumya Tandon on 22 March 2020 when India observed the Janata Curfew proposed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Saying that she is inside her home, she hopes that her viewers are also staying indoors. While she had started her day with yoga and is seen upside down in shirshasana, she asks the audience to share what they did to start their day indoors!

In this video, Saumya Tandon practices the meditation of inhale-exhale. We’re sure she would love you to do the same as she wrote in the caption, “I want to start my day by breathing out all negativity and I breathe in positive energy.
